Bespoke Joinery Manufacturing

The FabRefit Joinery Team produces high quality bespoke joinery packages for a variety of settings

including Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, Acommodation and Education.

All bespoke packages are manufactured to suit our clients specification, design and budget.

The FabRefit Joinery team have many years of experience as Wood Machinists, Bench Joiners and Installers.

FabRefit work from client designs or can provide a full drawing service to provide fully detailed production drawings for approval. We use AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor and other softwares to provide high quality manufacturing drawings.

Large Scale Joinery Manufacturing

The FabRefit Joinery Workshops are equipped with modern machinery and we are lucky to have had the opportunity 2 years ago to layout our machines in a new 10,000sqft unit.

The layout of machines, materials, access and division between machine shop and benches ensures a smooth workflow.

We have invested in modern machinery and also the software to drive them.

In January 2023 we installed Cabinet Vision and connected this to both our Cosmec Fox22 CNC Nesting Line and our Holzher Beam Saw allowing us to optimize all order types to ensure the quickest machining route is used.

Cabinet Vision allows us to parametrically adjust cabinet based furniture after the intially programming and unlike other workshops in the UK we use Cabinet for a wide range of unitary for retail, hospitality and education settings.

We are regularly reviewing new software and methods to make our processes smoother.

Machined part labelling is already in place and serial marks and barcoding and in the early stages both of which allow a simpler quality control check to take place and be recorded quickly.
